Where was this taken? How was it taken - the angle, the filter? It looks almost fake.

(don't get me wrong.. it's an amazing picture)

This photo was taken on the way to Italy, in Switzerland when we stopped for a refreshing dip in a large mountain lake.
My friend jumped off a pier while I lay on my stomach.
He had to jump a few times before I had a good photo.
